Over the past 25+ years, I’ve consulted with, worked in, managed, and even owned collision repair centers—gaining an insider’s understanding of the industry. Since 2011, I’ve operated independently as a vehicle appraiser, driven by a desire to stand up for vehicle owners after witnessing firsthand how insurance companies often overpower them in claims processes.
